The washout that is July 2023 however, it means that there was less use of the watering and a cheaper water bill. The Peppers and Bus Tomatoes are about 6 weeks behind but they are growing well. The Crimson Crush are large but still green. I’s good to come home from work and pick Lettuce Leaves, Mint, Lemon Basil and Summer Onions. The Casablanca (First Earlies) have been making excellent chips and there are still a lot of them in bags. August, it’s looking very much like July. The Great British Summer.

A week late due to Saturday not only being my beer day but my lazy day too.
Despite July being an absolute washout, Summer Ales were out in abundance.
Oktoberfest Weymouth has been announced but I’m still awaiting a reply from The Gloucester Brewery.
From a link in Boak and Bailey’s Saturday newsletter, Chippenham is now on my list but not at Travelodge’s Summer Holiday prices.
Portishead has a Brewery but it doesn’t answer their contact for.
