DT: Tuesday Night Updates
20220110 mb01 Day 02 Wrap
The best Tweet figures ever and it was not really me. Another 2 years of Better Touch Tool. Coffee and Bacon. Creamflow Complaints. No in Europe? A warming Pallet fire.
DT: Monday Night Updates
Where’s The Nitrogen?
Lots of confused weather and punters at the bar at The Regal wondering why their Creamflow isn’t very creamy. Me, renewing software licenses and taking tech support calls. Also, the UK is in Europe if not in the EU. HMS Belfast and the great people and ales in the Pelican Inn.
20220109 mb01 Day 01 Wrap
The day when everything was optimised apart from Tesco checkouts and Costa Coffee being open. 5G and then a Bacon Butty in The Lord High Constable of England. Gloucester Brewery Warehouse 4. Training in how to use the self service tap. A great manager and today, The Pelican and a lot about the Tennis.
DT: Sunday Updates
No Rain and 5G
Optimised Booking, Optimised departure, 5G on arrival but despite what it said on the door Costa Coffee was closed. So straight to the Lord High Constable of England. Gloucester Brewery’s Warehouse 4 is Awesome. Hats off to the Manager.
0220109 Prelude mb01 Gloucester January 22
2022 is going to be the year of optimised Beanos and this first Beano of the year starts the trend. Making the first night a Sunday really saved me a lot on accommodation and with the later Sunday opening, I travelling up in the light. Despite what it said on the door Costa Coffee was not open at 09:00. Spoons was open at 08:00
20211127 mb08 Day 03 Wrap
Then there was Storm Arwen and Costa was closed to walk ins due to staff shortages. It snowed while I was in the Regal, however the Saturday Wrap was not disrupted. The Pelican had it’s marquee blown away but the Fine Ales were unharmed. Til the next time.
Stormy Saturday Session
The wind and rain of Storm Arwen. Costa only doing drive throughs due to staff shortages. TFWRail shut down. The Regal in Gloucester still very festive and the home of The Saturday Wrap. Then it snowed. The wind was cutting but the real fire in The Pelican was warming. Mostly halves and I can’t wait for the next one.
