Semi sleep in and it was already hot when I left the Travelodge. Luckily The Bridge House was back open. Police bringing drunks in to get served and a fresh cask of Plum Porter. A gentle afternoon in The Waverley with a fan.

A late start and would The Bridge House be open again after yesterdayâs burst pipe. It was and the Police were bringing a drunk in to get a Pint. He had Ruddles. Me, a fresh cask of Plum Porter was just going on. It was strangely more amplified that the last time I had it.

A standard pleasant start to mb06. Costa breakfast and then a ice bucket arrive to the Bridge House. Evacuated when water started to gush from the ceiling. Finishing the pint in the beer garden. The Prince of Wales for the afternoon. Where I had my first ÂŁ10.00 can of beer. Times are hard!
