20220112 mb01 Day 04 Wrap
A foggy and frosty start with Bacon Rolls back in Costa. Ordered another AirTag, collect on Friday. A sessionable start. Boris doesn’t resign. Beryl not for the Premier Inn. Copy ’em faster and supported but UI isn’t as good. 13P much better cameras and battery life. Must return in February. Read The Tippler. Read Tippler.
Frosty Foggy
The Bacon Rolls are back in Costa. Weather cold, frosty and a little foggy. A sessionable start in The Regal. Streaming PMQs. Sessionable start in The Pelican. Collabs to follow. CAMRA members being trained.

Costa Coffee are out of Bacon Rolls. There was a Managers Special in The Regal. Burke Shelley passes. Pelican Beer Fest in February. Pengy tweets. Politics.

No Bacon Rolls in Costa, Manager’s Special in The Regal. In the corner in The Pelican discussing Beer and Beer Festivals. Discussing weather, God and beer festivals. Then Electric Bear arrive. Burke Shelley passes. Pengy.
Where’s The Nitrogen?
Lots of confused weather and punters at the bar at The Regal wondering why their Creamflow isn’t very creamy. Me, renewing software licenses and taking tech support calls. Also, the UK is in Europe if not in the EU. HMS Belfast and the great people and ales in the Pelican Inn.

Then there was Storm Arwen and Costa was closed to walk ins due to staff shortages. It snowed while I was in the Regal, however the Saturday Wrap was not disrupted. The Pelican had it’s marquee blown away but the Fine Ales were unharmed. Til the next time.
Stormy Saturday Session
The wind and rain of Storm Arwen. Costa only doing drive throughs due to staff shortages. TFWRail shut down. The Regal in Gloucester still very festive and the home of The Saturday Wrap. Then it snowed. The wind was cutting but the real fire in The Pelican was warming. Mostly halves and I can’t wait for the next one.

An hour and a half sleep in. I get my last Bean to work. The Constable opens at 09:0. A new festive variant. A Cloudwater 10% to start and rather stormy.
A New Strain For Black Friday
Just in time for Christmas, a new strain of the Rhona. I use the last of my saved Costa Coffee Beans. The Bar in The Lord High Constable now opens at 09:00 instead of 10:00, very positive. Gentle Dogs, lots of people and Pink Floyd on YouTube. A massive Mini Beano.
