Semi sleep in and it was already hot when I left the Travelodge. Luckily The Bridge House was back open. Police bringing drunks in to get served and a fresh cask of Plum Porter. A gentle afternoon in The Waverley with a fan.

What happened on the first day of mb06 2025
A standard pleasant start to mb06. Costa breakfast and then a ice bucket arrive to the Bridge House. Evacuated when water started to gush from the ceiling. Finishing the pint in the beer garden. The Prince of Wales for the afternoon. Where I had my first £10.00 can of beer. Times are hard!

Of course it was a rainy start to this Easter Beano. Costa now opens at 07:00, which is a plus. Spoons was rather quiet early on, probably due to it being a wet Easter. Missing Top Plates. The Prince of Wales was Great. Great Welcome, Great Beers and Great Clientele.

Reformatting an SD card to start the day. Then a surprisingly light journey. An easy day on the knee and two 5.5% Fest Ales. The Filled Rolls are back and it was Rugby and discussions in The Hereford Beer House.
