The birds were singing as I loaded up the car. Breakfast was a Scotch Egg minus the Egg. The M4 got really foggy when it became English. 4 Spoons Festival Ales and a Boneless Chicken Basket and then meeting Rickie and Eddie at The Waverley.

What happened on the second day of mb06 2025
Semi sleep in and it was already hot when I left the Travelodge. Luckily The Bridge House was back open. Police bringing drunks in to get served and a fresh cask of Plum Porter. A gentle afternoon in The Waverley with a fan.
Policing
Well The Bridge House was back open today. The Police were bringing Sherber Follower in. PM in The Waverley. Quality Fan.

A late start and would The Bridge House be open again after yesterday’s burst pipe. It was and the Police were bringing a drunk in to get a Pint. He had Ruddles. Me, a fresh cask of Plum Porter was just going on. It was strangely more amplified that the last time I had it.

What happened on the first day of mb06 2025
A standard pleasant start to mb06. Costa breakfast and then a ice bucket arrive to the Bridge House. Evacuated when water started to gush from the ceiling. Finishing the pint in the beer garden. The Prince of Wales for the afternoon. Where I had my first £10.00 can of beer. Times are hard!
Leakage
Gentle journey. Standard Costa Coffee. Flooded Bridge House and napping in the Prince of Wales. Collab too.

Some of the best Spoons are Spoons that leak and have cheap guest ales. The Tumble is one and the Bridge House has joined the clan. Gone Fishing is appropriate as I’m overlooking the River Avon. The wonderful Prince of Wales micro pub this afternoon.
