After the heatwave, the very rainy Saturday. The penultimate day of The Wetherspoon’s Cider and Perry Festival. Drinking local with Gwynt y Ddraig Fiery Fox. Dangerously drinkable at 6.5% ABV. I’m mostly complaining about the weather.

The first day of the 2025 Wetherspoons Cider and Perry Festival. In The World Famous Tumble Inn, Pontypridd. Two thirds are the way forward. Starting with Rhoobarb and Custard from Barbourne, Worcestershire. This is the Real Summer.

Was only a half day Beano in The Malcolm Uphill. However, after some emergency early morning packing, there will be a Project visit. Starting #mb05 tomorrow with a week off to follow.

Hybrid Beano, Cucumber and Tomato plants, planted outside. Cans from Sainsbury’s while listening to Daily Tech News Show Breifing and Live. Then off to The Project in Caerphilly. Weather, overcast with a hint of damp in the air.

A stay at home Beano with a four for the price of three haul from Sainsburys in Portishead. The weather forecast says continuous showers from mid morning and it’s already looking that way. Podcasts and Fine Ales on Bank Holiday Monday.
