The Earlies Are Out – Rocket

Almost time for Berlin and I’ve run out of potatoes, fear naught, the earlies are ready. Really rather good and they make good chips. Just remember to allow 50% extra time in the chip, so that they are golden and firm. The compost from the Lidl’s bags goes into the Dereks and will be recycled for next year. Sorry Maris Bards, it’s going to be Rockets again next year 🙂
